error message

Dear All,

    I'm a new irssi user. I've read the help files.
   I'm trying to ssh into a server, and from there run irssi
to access the 
chat server and room I want. When I do that, I get the
following error 
message:

"OperServ(servicesalytech.net) The session limit for your
host has been 
exceeded. Error Closing Link priswell irc.alytech.net
(OprServ(session limit 
exceeded))"

    When I access the same chat server/rooms from my home
Linux box, I have 
no trouble. Can someone tell me what is happening? What am I
doing wrong? 
What should I do to fix it?

Judging from the message, many others from the same shell
server are
using the same IRC server.  The message is generated by the
IRC
network's services, so for exact details, you should contact
that
network's staff for help.
