I wanted to add some more notes as to why I think we need to
look at this for 150Cay.
I have a different behavior on my box.
I *can* play that HTTP link with my RealPlayer 10 gold.
I cannot play it using the libs from RP10Gold with a 150Cay
testkit (I am not too worried about that).
I cannot play it using all 150Cay build of splay or testkit.
This is the big problem. I see that
from the Novell server that I get content-type: text/plain
back from their HTTP server. If I put
that content on my local HTTP apache server it does play
back fine but returns content-type:
application/ogg. Remember though that my RP10gold plays it
back fine with the text/plain type.
It just seems something has changed in httpfsys that we need
to investigate.
Also, I have been told that the datatype you stream does not
matter, I have not tested that.
