I am attempting to play a WAV file that is identified by the
Linux file command as follows:

RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, GSM 6.10, mono 8000
Hz

realplayer gives an error:
Component Missing
The player does not have the capabilies to play back this
content.
The following components are required:
audio/x-pn-gsm610

The URL contains a link to a sample file.
