Requirement:

Project coordinator. Someone who understands project management who could attend meetings and take notes and understand what is being said.

Duration: 6 months.

Location: Losangels, CA.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 * Assist project manager on tracking and updating the budget and

    Project plan

* Identify potential conflicting project priorities (tasks, resources,

    Schedule) and proactively resolve them

 * Create weekly project management reports

 * Identify and organize cross team activities

 * Perform project budget analysis and planning

 * Provide project support in scheduling/facilitating meetings,

    Creating agenda, recording meeting notes and following up on action

    Items

 * Facilitate and coordinate planning activities across multiple teams

 * Act as keeper of project issue log and change control items

 * Create and prepare project team discussion material

 

Experience:

 

 * Provided project coordination service to a team of 15+ members (IT

    Projects)

 * Ability to multi-tasks and support multiple team members at the same

    Time

 * Experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio,

    PowerPoint)

 * SharePoint knowledge a plus

 * Strong analytical and communication skills
