I have not been able to keep up with all the patch
submissions lately.
I am sorry your submission was neglected. We appreciate
your efforts
to improve JACK.
I suspect that yours is not the only patch that was missed
in this release.
Please bear with us while we try to get things organized a
little better.

I used to actively gather all the patches people posted and
apply the
ones that looked ready for inclusion. So, in the past,
people only needed
to post them to the list.
Since I am too busy with other things to keep up with all
the patches
these days, some more formal mechanism would help. My
preference
would be Mantis, but it has not been working for me for
quite a while.
Have others been able to access it?
If Mantis cannot be repaired, maybe the SourceForge patch
tracker
would be a good alternative. Or, perhaps Paul and Taybin
have some
suggestions.
Thank you for providing this patch,
