Here is another patch for frame <-> time mapping,
using jackd's DLL:

jack_time_t jack_frames_to_time(jack_client_t*,
jack_nframes_t);
jack_nframes_t jack_time_to_frames(jack_client_t *,
jack_time_t);

If you decide to include them too (they are really handy
sometimes), I
can post the patch.
