It would help a lot if you could apply the latency tracing
patches.  I
have not seen the problem reported before.

Sure.

I was waiting to hear something back from the developers.  I
don't
know exactly what version Dapper currently includes.  For
all I know
the upstream developers may already know about this problem
and
have a fix for it.
