AS 4.2.2.GA status

We are almost done with the release of AS 4.2.2.GA.

The testsuites are all clean:

Still looking who can do this, since Fernando is away.

run to check for regressions.
This is currently under way by Rajesh.

Please don't check in anything in Branch_4_2, unless it is
related to CTS work and be 
responsive in case you are assigned to look at a CTS
regression.
