JBAS-4516 - removal of old transaction manager

This has now been removed from the build in head.

There's one outstanding issue relating to
JBossMessaging integration, which I've worked around, see:

All that is left to do is to tag the transaction project
and remove it from the checkout of trunk.

I'll that for a couple of days in case there are problems.

I've now removed the transaction project from trunk
and tagged it here:
