We are not using the maven build for AS.

Use the build/build.sh script instead.

install", not 
./build.sh.  Habits die hard.  ;)

I've always wondered the point of emails with things like
"DISREGARD" in 
the title.

Its rather like having a sign in the middle of a large patch
of grass 
with very small writing on it. You walk over to read the
sign and it 
says "keep off the grass" ;)

in the rest of the poms.
