PojoCache 2.0.0 tutorial

Hi,

I've just finished the work for the PojoCache tutorial:

/jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBCACHE-1000

I've been trying to commit a snapshot to the JBC labs
section but it 
does not seem to be committing at it the commit finishes too
quickly.

So, you'll have to build it yourself 

Btw, when running the first PojoCache tutorial, you might
encounter:
