How is this supposed to be run between each test case? As
it is, it could only be run at the end of a junit task,
which is too little, too late. This is why it needs to be
implemented by extending Ant's TestRunner.
As for the implementation you have in the task itself (ie,
the code which calls the mbean), this looks good.
But let's get it in the right place first.
