- deploy:deploy-file wiki

I'm having to specify many more options that described in
the "2. Your project depends on a jar that is not
available in any maven repository." section of http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=MavenThird
PartyJars. For example, unless I specify both the file
and packaging options the command fails. The
deploy:deploy-file docs say the file is required, but
packaging is not. However, unless I also specify the
packaging the deploy fails:
