Well, whether this makes CR1 will depend on the regressions
this introduces. 

For now my little hack is limited only to RemoteBindings / RemoteBinding / RemoteHomeBinding / LocalHomeBinding  /JndiBindingPolicy and lives in EJB3 Core (locally on
my machine).
