All,
Right now we are putting a lot of effort in getting the
BRMS
(http://markproctor.blogspot.co
m/2007/02/brms-introduction-and-progress-update.html)
finished, and that is consuming us a lot of time. On the
other hand, we
also have you helping us to test and stabilize the new
version, and
opening bug tickets.
This situation provides a good opportunity for those that
have that
inner willing to become an open source contributor, but
don't know how,
or is a bit shy to ask.
So, if you are one of these people, please come aboard
and be part of
the next Drools major release. We can promisse you will have
a lot to
learn, will reduce your sleeping hours, will lose a few
pounds, but more
importantly, will get to know new people, make new friends,
increase
your network and be known as an OSS contributor.
We have features to develop, documentation to write and
bugs to fix.
You are welcome to help whetever you feel more comfortable.
You can
reach us here in the list, on our private e-mails and
specially online
at our IRC channel:
IRC://irc.codehaus.org:6667
#drools
look for: tirelli, conan, mic_hat, fmeyer, etc
