We currently rely on the standard JavaEE deployment model,
which binds us to the AS. We used to have a Tomcat porting
layer, which we dropped because of too little community
interest.
Eventually we would like to extend the JAXWS
Endpoint.deploy() API to other target containers (i.e.
Jetty). This however is still a todo.
