You could look at the META-INF/manifest.mf file in the client/jbossws-client..jar file. It identifies the jbossws version. Or you can use the JMX Console (http://localhost:80 80/jmx-console) to view the jboss.ws:service=ServerConfig MBean, the ImplementationVersion attribute.
