failed to set property file: 2.4.71 version

hi
im tryring to install jspwiki 2.4.71 in tomcat under linux.
i am getting this one error. and jspwiki is not installing.
i think it for log file permission. becuase logfile isnt
creating and jspwiki isnot installing. in windows i didnt
tested.

log4j:WARN Failed to set property [maxBackupIndex] to value
"14".  i have attached full logtrace for ur
convenience.
