It's a catch-all exception which gets thrown if the
WikiEngine
objects can't be created.  The trouble is that it's always
the last
thing in the log, and therefore people often mistake it for
the real
error message...  The real error is usually a bit before.

But yes, you're absolutely right.  The error message is
confusing, but
I haven't figured out a good solution to this.  I think the
right way
would probably be to ditch the WikiEngine creation methods
in the
jspInit()s of the different files and get it locally
instead; then we
could throw a proper ServletException or do a proper
redirect
explaining the problem and log something that would make
sense.

Any other ideas?
