2.4.6 beta

Hi folks!

2.4.6 is in CVS and on jspwiki.org (in about a minute, doing
 
deployment right now).  I also released this as a beta,
simply  
because it had quite a lot of useful improvements over
2.4.0.

BTW, jspwiki stable is currently being downloaded over 1000
times/month.

         * 2.4.6

         * Fixed NPE in ReferenceManager.pageRemoved (thanks
         to JMarquart).

         * ShortURLConstructor did not have PREVIEW context
         available; thanks to Malte Kiesel for the fix.

         * Added quick fix from Dan Frankowski to generate
         JDOM javadoc links.

         * Plain URIs in text are now parsed properly and no
longer
         cut at the first "=" sign.

         * NewGroup.jsp would occasionally throw NPEs if the
context
         was null - fixed by  
ICantRememberWhoAnymoreBecauseILostTheEmail.
