    Hi,

A new development build is available.  Notable changes:

- users can be deleted (if they have not participated in any item history)
- users can be locked
- fix: items can be deleted even if they have related items

- now using Yahoo UI for date picker, removed old one
- introduced Yahoo UI Dialog widget instead of Wicket modal dialog (relating items or removing relationships)
