Hello All,
We are using jTrac for issue/task tracking and Subversion as
our Version
Control System. There is an option to provide the URL of the
task/issue from
Tortoise SVN (Subversion Client). I would like to know if
there is a way to
build a jTrac URL to directly navigate to an item using the
ID field. Our
jTrac IDs are like SEGTASKS-<NNN> where NNN is a
number and SEGTASKS is my
jTrac workspace. Please note that the ID I am talking about
is different
from the jTrac itemId. The ID field is known to the
developer but the itemId
is not known as it is an internal jTrac field.
If it is possible to build a hyperlink using the ID field, I
can add the
hyperlink to the Subversion log. Anybody will be able to
navigate to the
jTrac item by clicking on the hyperlink.
Please advice.
