Transition to Subversion from CVS

I've decided to move over to using Subversion instead of CVS
for  
forward-going work on Jabber-Net for several reasons, not
the least  
of which is the ongoing problems I've had with keeping line
endings  
sane when I move from OSX to Windows.  Instructions for how
to get  
started with Subversion can be found here:

The project name is "jabber-net".  All of the
change history from the  
main branch should have been included.

As an incentive to move, I think I fixed the "close
fails in Mono"  
problem, along with several nasty little SSL/TLS issues.
