BTW, I am sometimes leaving more than one proposal for the
same project
idea in the queue (if it hard to choose between the two).
Iteration is
good. 
But I am modding down the proposals that are not as strong.

Didn't seem to matter.  I continued working on them until
17:30 PDT.

I think the applications currently in the eligle list are
all great.
There are 1 or 2 under there that are also good, but the top
ones
currently reflect my preferences.
