I just noticed, that jabber.org advertizes some service
discovery
features, that are not registered on
h
ttp://www.jabber.org/registrar/disco-features.html
neither seem to be a
registered namespace.

These are:
- "iq"
- "presence"
- "presence-invisible"

Are these configuration errors of jabber.org or are these
namespaces
just not documented on the above page?

In addition the namespace "ejabberd:config"
seems to be dangerous (as
"ejabberd" is not a registered URI prefix with
the IANA).

Namespace ejabberd:config is already obsoleted in favor of
registered
http://jabber.or
g/protocol/commands. So, after next ejabberd upgrade
on jabber.org it will disappear.

Anyway, if nobody configures jabber.org using Tkabber (it's
likely to
be the only client with ejabberd:config support) then it's
possible to
stop module 'mod_configure' which uses this namespace.

That's good to hear. Thanks for this information!

In fact ejabberd on jabber.org is already updated very
recently and AFAICS, it
do not have the namespace ejabberd:config anymore. The only
thing left is:
h
ttp://ejabberd.jabberstudio.org/protocol/configure This
can be removed by
removing the obsolete mod_configure2 from the installation.
