Recommended logging component

Hey everyone,

I've been tasked with logging every bit of conversation that
travels
through our jabber server. It looks like bandersnatch may do
this, but
is there something more highly recommended? Isn't there
native logging
with mu-conference at least?

Which jabber server do you plan on using? I'm using wildfire
3.2.0 and
it's internally logging feature works great.
