jabberd-2.1.6 release

It is a good time for jabberd2 project.
The 2.1.6 release brings some new features alongside
bugfixes.

We have two new members in the team:
- Tomasz Sieprawski, who coded XEP-0199 XMPP Ping support
- Matt Harmon, who will be taking care of the project
documentation
