Actually this is a question that has been bothering me for
some time too.
My final goal would be exposing only /files/ (at port 80) to
end users.
This could be established by setting the scope to /files and
JKMounting
slide in a apache(httpd) virtual host. This way I'd still
be able to connect
directly to slide at port 8080 for managing users, acl, ...
As Fabian states; setting the scope to /files would disable
dav-access to
the same users, acl, ...
Is there any way to circumvent this problem; would there be
a possible
configuration to achieve this ?

Waling
