Mkcol metadata, but not content

Not entirely sure the detail of the problem, but it looks
like it was
something with the ACL/permission in Slide when trying to
use MKCOL
(passing incorrect credentials but allowing it to partially
work anyway
and not log an error/401 or something along those lines).

Very peculiar problem, but corrected on the client-side for
now.
