How to store user data

Hi all,
can you advise me how to store user info? For instance I
need to store 
the info about which files was recently accessed by user.
I use JNDIPrincipalStore with connection to LDAP to handle
users and 
roles. JNDIPrincipalStore is readonly, so I can not write
the user data 
to i.e. /users/john/lru_files.txt.
