What is the Domain.xml and Web.xml configuration for best performance

Dearl All,
Can anybody give me a sample for Domain.xml and Web.xml
which is configured
for Best Performance. I also want to know, what
configuration also needed in
Tomcat for best performance results. 
Here best performance means [Fast Speed request and Results
from remote
server as well as local PC too]
