Some Critical Problems related to slide

Dear All,
I have some critical problems related to slide:-

1) The slide with Tomcat is running fine at my local
machine. I have to
tomcat with two slide servers at my machine with 8080 port
and 8090 port. I
have enabled Lucene indexing too. My client uses both server
frequently for
downloading and uploading files. They work good at local pc.
But when i do
this with Remote Machine with same server and slide and send
receive the
request/response, it works 3-4 requests fine , after that
server get hanged,
means server completed the request but not give the response
and after
10minutes a message comes 'Time-out'. After that it does not
give good
response , like hang.

2)How can i change the comments of a specified version or
Last Version.
Using Api or Webdav Request?
