help in slide with ofbiz

hello sir

i have plced one xml file in the url path
http://localh
ost:8080/slide/users/root.
now i want to import that file into the Ofbiz .When i tried
to do that it
give 401 error 
to me in Ofbiz

Can anyone please help me?
