microsoft print template

I am using Microsoft print template. Some of my users are
complaining
that once in while (and lately more often) they get "A
script on this
page is causing internet explorer to run
slowly.  If it continues to run, your computer may become
unresponsive.  Do you want to abort the script? "
error when they try
to print.
I looked through everything internet has to offer on this
subject and
didn't find anything that's applicable to my case or any
fixes. We came
up with our own fix: to delete the profile and to log on to
the
workstation again. This fixes it for some time. I can't
explain though
why it works. Any ideas? Please, I am at the end of my rope.
