Refreshing List Menu

Hi,

That is a very unusual navigation method.

Would you be open to me recreating the navigation menu?

A very helpful guy named brad just sent me an email with
this solution
that worked great!

onChange="checkMenu(this.options[this.selectedIndex].v
alue);
this.selectedIndex = 0;"

Thank you so much--i can't tell you how much this helps me.
