How to create a component where I can add multiple values

Hi,

Can anyone please help me in doing the followin:

I need to create a component where I can add multiple users, it should have scrollbar (not the select option one). And when I select any user, and click forward button it should add this user to another component which should also be able to add multiple users.

Please advice.
