Ok, this is my first post! Anyway to add to the below suggestion, you can also find possibly some perl or shell scripts. Shell scripts are usually the easiest, but the hardest to modify for someone new. I would strongly suggest perl, you can also do a number of additional checks that way. With a server side script (perl, php, shell, etc) you can also check the validity of the mail server to reduce bouncing.

You will need some kind of server-side code to parse your information and
to send the mail. Depending on the type of server your web host supports,
you will need the code to be written for use by asp, php or maybe cgi.

Hello,
I have got problem in regard of forms.
I have desinged a form and wanted to send the details to my email
adress.
I just have an idea that we can use post method but I am not sure what
to apply. It is a kind of survey which just collects information from form
and sending it to my email address. Please suggest me how to do it.
