SolutionsIQ is looking for a great SDET with solid design,
problem
solving skills and an exceptional track record for a full
time
permanent position with our client to help build the next
version of
one of the worlds largest IM and social network platform.
This network
is already one of the largest social networks on the planet,
which
delivers billions of messages a day for hundreds of millions
of users
world-wide. The next-generation service will not only handle
the
existing users regularly, but also interoperate with just as
many
users in federated/partner IM services. In addition to
scale
challenges, you will have the opportunity to work on cool
and hard
technical problems and new initiatives such as presence
enabling the
web and hosting IM for the worlds largest IM carriers. The
SDET role
involves working on these next-generation services and
proving they
can be delivered to the massive scale required, with the
quality our
users have come to expect. Successful candidates will have
5-7 years
of relevant systems experience, have good collaborative
skills,
demonstrable ability to learn things quickly, possess
thorough
understanding of testing methodologies and processes, and
have a
strong passion for quality.
