Penrose Studio 1.2.4 Connection Error

I have a penrose server running on a linux system
(192.168.1.10) which
seems to start up correctly. I then try to connect to it
from my
windows PC (192.168.1.11) using penrose studio. When I try
to connect
or test the connection I get the following error:

Connection refused to host: 127.0.1.1

The title of the error dialog is: Can't connect to
192.168.1.10:1099

If I shut down the penrose sever and then try to connect
using studio
I get a message indicating that it can not connect to the
server IP
(192.168.1.10), so it seems like it is connecting on some
level.

You need to set PENROSE_OPTS before launching the server.
It's been
documented before, here's the link:

Basically you need to do make sure:
1. your iptables are opened for Penrose ports (RMI, LDAP,
etc).
2. You also need to pass your current ip address to your
PENROSE_OPTS.
See the second screenshot on this page: http://docs.safehaus.org/display/PENROSE10/Technical+FAQ
