Key Skills Needed

Required:

Strong Software Engineering experience with Object Oriented 
Programming
Solid Java experience (JDK 1.5 or 1.4) building systems with
Muliti
threading & Swing.
Ability to trouble shoot problems with new ideas &
processes.

Added Advantage

Experience is building Unit Tests using JUnit & tuning
using 
OptimizeIT
Any domain experience in medical devices would be an added
advantage
Good Communication skills
