Experienced J2EE architect/developers with at least 3-4
years of
experience with J2EE. The ideal candidate will also have
hands on
experience with the BEA WebLogic Platform.
Leads and Developers with experience developing Service
Oriented
Architectures
and
Consulting skills with development organizations in
automated
regression testing, test-driven development and refactoring.
Ideal candidates will be:
* Simple, direct, and honest in dealing with others,
* Diplomatic, positive, and constructive,
* Very consultative in nature,
* High velocity implementers,
* Excellent communicators.
Knowledge and/or experience with eXtreme Programming, Scrum,
FDD, or
other agile methods is a plus.. Must be responsive, flexible
and
adaptive to a changing work environment.
