JXDatePicker and ActionEvent

Think I may have missed this, when did JXDatePicker stop
invoking ActionEvents on either manual text entry or via the
JXMonthView and mouse? Seems the focus behaviour may have
changed too, what event should I capture instead? a property
one on the date?

Sorry that seems to me mostly down to me. For some reason
I've created two virtually identical date components
wrapping JXDatePicker only one I've commented all the
listeners out of.. what was I thinking? Course I was looking
at the the source for the wrong copy. Haven't had any
holidays this year and I'm losing it.

Does seem that ActionEvent doesn't get fired if I enter the
date manually, don't hit return but switch focus - and the
date is valid.
