Notes on the above two positions

Guys:


I should note that although the projects I've posted on are
commercial, 
the system as currently envisioned is largely Debian-based
and the 
client is fully committed to both the spirit and letter of
the GPL.  In 
particular, if anything developed during the engagement is
of use to 
Debian, the client really wants to see that code
incorporated back into 
Debian and will fund the effort necessary to do so.
