· SAP Web Application Server (J2EE)

SAP Java Add-In
· SAP Enterprise Portal (EP)
·
SAP Knowledge Management and Collaboration (KMC) including TREX
· SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS)
·
SAP Login Ticket Certificates
Install, update and troubleshoot the following applications:
·
SAP Business Packages
· SAP Web DynPro Applications
· Third Party Web Dynpro Applications including custom development
Support and troubleshoot the following components
· MSCS cluster for the persistence layer (with DBAs)
· Veritas Volume Manager (with Server Operations)
