We have an immediate need for an SAP SD / LE
Functional Analyst in Philadelphia, PA.
Candidates local to the Philadelphia
Area will be HIGHLY CONSIDERED. This is for an ongoing upgrade. We need an
All Inclusive rate; however, any required travel will be paid for by the
client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years solid, hands-on SAP module experience – ABAP is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to
troubleshoot under pressure
Functional experience in one or more of the following Sales and
Distribution/Logistics Execution areas:
- SD: Customer master, order entry, global available to promise (GATP), back
order processing (BOP), pricing, invoicing, complaints, or rebate processing.
- LE: Shipping (inbound and outbound deliveries), transportation planning
(TPVS), warehouse management, mobile data entry, yard management, or handling
unit management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the order to invoice business process and how SAP supports that
process.
- Work closely with end user community to incorporate their system
change/enhancement requests.
- Participate in requirements definition, analysis and design of system
solutions.
- Assume primary responsibility for the successful implementation of SD/LE
solutions and products.
- Make configuration changes and write program specifications.
- Carry out unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Develop end user documentation and conduct training of key users.
- Work closely with European support team to solve system issues.
- Prepare and organize technical documentation for new and existing
applications.
- Ability to be a leader, team member, and team player.
- Coordinate business users with SAP support activities carried out in Europe and with BASIS team for events including
scheduled maintenance downtime, system upgrades, software installations, job
scheduling.
- Coordinate resolution of SAP performance and setup issues related to
network ids, security, desktop hardware/software, mailboxes, etc.
