URGRNT REQUIREMENT !!!!! SAP SEM !!!!! Wisconsin !!!!!

We are looking for a senior consultant to help our client in a daily PRD support activities with the SAP SEM (Strategic Enterprise Management) system

• SEM BPS 3.5 excel based experience - 2 years minimum.  Preferred financial application experience.
• Leads in the technical design, coding and testing of complex SEM applications, interfaces and related technical configuration ( i.e., conversions, interfaces, ABAP exits, FOX coding, planning sequences) to meet business requirements.
• Work with business clients in gathering system requirements; develop system specifications, and building/maintaining work plans.
• Provide ongoing client and team communications regarding activities status.
• Develop complex SEM/BW designs, participates and manage implementations while providing guidance and direction to junior SEM/BW team members.
• Performs lead role responsibilities relative to coordination of team assignments and implementations both within the team and with interfacing teams.
• Provides leadership in technical design reviews of SEM applications and related jobs.
• Works with members of the Process Team on system and integration testing to validate application functionality.   Leads integration testing activities within the team.
• Coordinates technical activities with other interfacing systems and teams as required.
• Lead the testing of SEM data delivery and planning mechanisms/architectures against user requirements and system performance requirements.
• Provides off-hour production support for the SEM systems.
• Utilizes IT Project Management methodology in development and delivery of work requests.
• Responsible for technical documentation supporting the SEM applications.
• Lead/participates in the setup and maintenance of Tivoli Batch Schedule for SEM.
