This
  project will accomplish the following goals:

  
    
   
  • A. Upgrade the current
       client system to Services Oriented, WebSphere web based application
       
    • 
   
  • B. Develop high performance,
       scalable, robust web applications using leading edge tools, processes
       and products to replace existing software 
    • 
   
  • C. Ensure compliance with
       agency software development standards, including SDLC and PMLC
       
    • 
   
  • D. Document the process for
       migration. 
    • 
   
  • E. Identify tools necessary
       for the migration. 
    • 
   
  • F. Ensure business processes
       are not interrupted during the migration. 
    • 
   
  • G. Develop strategy plan for
       subsequent system migrations 
    • 
  

  
Skills/Experience

  
    
   
  • Development experience in Web based applications
       using WebSphere & Oracle database 
    • 
   
  • Coding languages and
       environments including but not limited to Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, HTML,
       
    • 
   
  • Development experience with
       Perl. 
    • 
   
  • Development experience with
       WebSphere Portal Server, JSF, Servlets, LDAP, Portlets, EJB, JDBC, SQL,
       JNDI required
