Position Overview: CLIENT is a global leader in technology,
outsourcing and local professional services. We currently
have a
position working as an Architecture Business Intelligences
SME for a
major automotive manufacturer in Detroit, Michigan.
Job Description: Develop Business Services application
architecture
strategy and standards. Integrate Business Services
application
architecture within the enterprise architecture. Review
project
architecture deliverables for compliance with standards
Enforce compliance with enterprise and Business Services
architecture
and standards. Provide architecture services to project
teams. Provide
product technical evaluations. Assist with defining
convergence plans.
Educate ADS suppliers on enterprise and Business Services
architecture
standards. Assist IS&S in developing non-functional
specifications for
Projects. Conduct Project architecture reviews. Define
convergence
plans and integrate into project architectural deliverables.
Create
and maintain Technical Architecture Decomposition Diagram,
System
Landscape Roadmap, Architecture Solutions, Business Services
Area
Architecture, Integration Strategy, Integration Landscape,
and Business
Services Architecture Documentation. Create and maintain
'As-Is'
and 'To-Be' Architectural Environment Strategy and System
Landscape. Identify and update approved Business Services
Common
Application Frameworks. Identify and update Approved
Business Services
Common Integration Frameworks. Create and maintain
Application
Convergence Plans. Create and maintain Business Services
Views of
Enterprise Architecture. Create and maintain Business
Services
Application Inventory. Create and maintain Non-Functional
Specifications and Reuse Specifications. Conduct Project
Architectural
Design Reviews. Support the creation of Project
Architecture
Documents. Communicate and Train ADS Supplier on Business
Services and
Enterprise Architecture Patterns. Conduct Product Technical
Evaluations
Initiate Standards Process Change Requests.
Skill Requirements: Deep working experience with: 1)
Business
Intelligence applications, preferably Hyperion, Cognos,
MicroStrategy,
and/or SAP BW, and 2) Web Portal technologies, 3) Data
Warehousing
strategies and technologies.
Key Applications: SAP Financials, SAP BW, PeopleSoft Human
Resources.
