I have the following requirement with one of my Direct Client "Wells Fargo" for the position of Oracle - DBA. 


 


The candidate should be a Citizen or GC.


 


Rate: $55 - $58/hr


 ;




Locations: 
Minneappolis, MN & San Francisco, CA


 


Duration: 12 
Months


 ;


Job 
Description/Responsibilities:


 


Oracle 9, 9i and 10G, 
RAC


    
  
  • Plan, design, test and implement 
  upgrades for the Databases; 
  
  • Manage Oracle database design, 
  creation and configuration, space management and other database maintenance 
  procedures in a multiple production and development 
  environments; 
  
  • Manage the maintenance and 
  administration of the Oracle Databases; 
  
  • Distributed Database 
  Experience; 
  
  • Production support; 
  
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle DBA 
  tasks (proactive monitoring, identifying areas that need to be improved in the 
  application or database; 
  
  • Carry Pager and one week on-call 
  each month in turns with other DBAs;


Qualifications:


 


Oracle DBA for minimum 5 
Years


Oracle 9, 9i and 10G, 
RAC


PL/SQL 


Shareplex Experience is a 
plus
