Requirement Specification:




    

  • 
Heavy on doing performance tuning activities 

  • Facilitate usage of the Test Resources
 

  • Lead the testing activities of greater than five indirect testing personnel. 


  • Approve test plans for completeness and content. 


  • Review and audit project-related test deliverables. 


  • Approve project level testing metrics. 


  • Lead task force that will define, enhance and manage our Test/Development data/hardware environments. 


  • Audit all phases of the software testing lifecycle for adherence to corporate standards. 


  • Provide input to test manager for associate performance appraisals. 


  • Develop and monitor traceability matrices. 


  • Establish and maintain test/devl environments. 


  • Perform with the evaluation and selection of automated test tools. 


  • Provide project team with a weekly test summary report. 


  • Develop, enhance and maintain the Tester's Kohl's Test Methodology. 


  • Facilitate professional certification of test personnel. 


  • Identify defect management system.  


  • Define project testing related metrics. 


  • Approve project-related test deliverables. 


  • Perform defect management including management of the defect tracking database. 


  • Perform testing-related statistical analysis. 


  • Perform defect root-cause analysis.
